XXXX had a simply outstanding year in 2007 and not only
demonstrated personal excellence, but made those around him
better as well.
XXXX leads the business development and is a fantastic role
model for the remainder of the WCS Trading desk. Without
the new clients other members of the team would not have
reached their goals. XXXX has ensured that our strategy of
expanding our client base into new markets has been
implemented in an efficient manner. This is highlighted
through the results of XXXX Goal performance. His Regional
Sales Rank is 1 and his November YTD % Of Sales Quota is
125%.
XXXX, starting from zero, has succeeded in building solid
relationships in new markets and new countries, which is a
formidable task. He has made himself available for his
clients 24 hours a day, including one client who calls from
Uzbekistan at 6:00 am. Without XXXX focus into Driving
Results WCS would not have been able to generate the
financial results that have been delivered in 2007.
XXXX has built excellent relationships with many contacts
within AEB that have assisted him in acquiring new clients.
He leads a diverse team of 4 Direct Reports. Employee
Engagement scores have been very good once again, with POA
being reached in 12 / 14 categories.
XXXX drive and enthusiasm certainly inspires other members
of the team to keep the motivation within the department at
a high level, and consistently recognized by his clients.
