XXXX not only had a great 2007 herself, but went above and
beyond the call of duty to also improve the performance of
those around her.
XXXX created a solid business plan for her portfolio,
demonstrating a clear understanding of our goal strategy
and the opportunities that existed among her more than 60
accounts. XXXX was able to convert one top client to ROI
Edison, and create a Travel Policy that mandates the use of
XXXX business travel for all employees.
This year XXXX was the TMAS ESAT Chair and through her hard
work and outstanding initiatives to drive employee
engagement, TMAS achieved a G1+. XXXX worked to cross
sell Advisory Services to her clients. For example,
she promoted the Group Air platform that was rolled out to
MMD this year resulting in new group business.
XXXX is always looking for opportunities to mentor others,
as evidenced by her active role in a program we put in
place in TMAS for our CAR team during the absence of the
Sr. Manager who was Global Rotation. Her always-optimistic
attitude was on display as XXXX played an active role in
the Business Planning Process for the Account Executive
Team. XXXX clients also have recognized her work by sending
numerous emails commending her on her great work and
attention to detail. Her role as a true leader and team
player among her TMAS colleagues made her an asset to our
team and new hires.
