XXXX had an exceptional year in 2007, proving to be a
standout team player and valuable colleague.
XXXX achieved 100% retention of customers, with a base of S
$37M. Also, she introduced the airline program, high
adoption share shift resulting in an increase in customer's
savings of SGD 10,000 and carriers share shift of 13.8 % to
XXXX preferred supplier, QF. XXXX identified and
consolidated "Eastman Chemical" into one single TMC and
increased 229% on transaction and spend and won the
retention of Gartner, where XXXX is only the interim client
manager due to the previous client manager's departure.
XXXX goes well beyond her own responsibilities and is a
self-starter who motivates herself to excel. She is always
willing to help out with colleagues despite at times heavy
workload within her portfolio and successfully managed the
project team for the client event (TA Night) involving over
30 suppliers, more than 300 customers and 100 employees.
She also represented Client Management on the organizing
committee for Family Day while juggling her portfolio.
