XXXX had an outstandingly successful year in 2007, leading
a diverse team of individuals to implement the BAC account
globally and the Navigant account in the US.
XXXX successfully led the largest implementation in global
business travel at $175M this year, Bank of America, $150M
of it in the US, in less than 90 days. She engaged the
necessary resources to ensure that the project was moving
forward and that everyone understood their deliverables,
and delivered them on schedule. During the sales process
for the BAC, the customer specifically requested that XXXX
be involved in the implementation if we were awarded their
business. The project team consisted of resources from all
over the globe, and of varying skill sets. XXXX
brought them all together and led them through the process
while ensuring everyone's input was valued and needs met.
XXXX demonstrated her professionalism and leadership and
received rave reviews from her colleagues for her ability
to stay calm during a stressful and expedited process. In
addition, she supported her implementation colleagues by
leading the training portion of the ESAT initiative which
included identifying training needs, sharing training
opportunities and tracking training completion for the
team.
